Europe – here we come!

When the phones start ringing at RSD, Europe gets going. That’s because our wonderful holidays, like RSD’s tour of Cappadocia or a stay in a dream hotel in Dubai, are also booked in Swedish, French and Norwegian.

RSD is becoming more and more international. “These days, people travel with us to twelve European countries,” reports Managing Director of RSD Germany, Horst Zsifkovits.

Among these are holidaymakers from France and Germany, Austria, Benelux and Scandinavia. In the next holiday season, we will also be serving Finland, Italy and Ireland. And that’s not all: a concept that works so well in Europe also has good prospects of succeeding in the USA. Plans are already in the pipeline.

The European challenge was and still is a tremendous one for the professionals at RSD. That’s because they have to adapt the concept to completely new travel markets, while uncompromisingly maintaining RSD’s accustomed integrity, exclusivity and unrivalled value for money.

And they have succeeded. RSD specialists have taken great pains to discover the wishes and particular characteristics of their European neighbours. They made new contacts, obtained know-how and integrated it all into the successful German model.

The figures, too, have long since spoken for the RSD travel concept. “Within the space of two years, we have made great strides and are now the largest cultural tour operator in Europe,” says Zsifkovits. Around the world, over 600,000 satisfied customers now value the professional travel organisation RSD provides.

Perhaps the most important point is that the RSD teams enjoy travelling Europe, getting to know other cultures and preferences, offering their international clients advice and support whenever required – and always in the right language, always calmly, always competently.

The holidaymakers from Oslo or Paris, Rotterdam or Verona thank them for this when they step expectantly out of the coaches at their holiday destination in the knowledge that they can look forward to some exciting and eventful days ahead.
